Sadie has finally bested her lifelong academic rival, Seb, by getting the coveted, only spot to her dream college. He's irritatingly charming, whip smart and happens to be her next door neighbour. She's ready to leave their rivalry behind when Seb is unexpectedly pulled off the college waitlist.
